Great experience with these guys!! Super communicative, organized and an overall pleasure to work with! When I called Isaac the owner was friendly and went over the process, he then came by at the scheduled time to provide an estimate. The work was done next day by Arturo and Denis - who were both professional and respectful! I needed to do this for house insurance purposes. But now have somebody I may call for a larger project. Thanks guys!!

Had to order a Moen shut off valve leak detection due to insurance purposes and Arturo showed up on time was friendly knowledgeable, professional, I would use the splash fix people again. I had another plumber give me an estimate for insulation of the valve shut off valve and they were disreputable . front door, pro splash fix and all you folks and Arturo are great. Price was a package deal from Moen and my insurance company

I had an outstanding experience working with Cristian from SplashFix Plumbing. He truly went above and beyond on our project. He replaced our PRV, installed a new main shutoff valve, and set up our Moen Flo system all while making sure the entire house was balanced with the correct water pressure. Cristians professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. His work was extremely clean, precise, and high-quality. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the setup, and double-checked all connections for safety and performance. On top of the excellent workmanship, his pricing was very fair and reasonable. Its rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Cristian truly does. Isaac and team were incredible in getting a bunch of updating old and out-of-code plumbing work done on our tricky 100-year-old house. They took time to really dig in and assess the right game plan to make sure not only that all the plumbing and vents were done properly, but that they looked great given some would still be exposed / visible under our porch. The team was communicative and courteous. Our new plumbing is working like a charm. The tankless heater and smart shutoff are cranking. And everything passed on first inspection. The inspector even commented how clean and detailed it all looked. Would recommend SplashFix for any project, big or small.

Helpful and efficient

Daniel did a great job on a Moen installation during one of his first few days with the company. It was not a straightforward job as the existing pipes were very close to the house. He took the time to explain what (& why) he was doing. The system works (too?) well, & installation price seemed reasonable (even though I resent insurance company requiring me to install $800+ worth of equipment). I will use the company again, if needed, & would be happy to have Daniel do work again.

Phenomenal customer service from Isaac and Danny for cleaning some deep, stubborn obstructions from my kitchen sink drain line. I'm not the easiest customer; I'm price sensitive, reluctant to call a professional, and ask a lot of questions, and they were both extremely patient and pleasantly professional the entire time. A+, will be recommending to family and friends.

Cristian was great, installed the Moen Flo quickly no problems, also identified a few things that could be fixed, potential issue with the meter and tips on how to get city to inspect and resolve.

Isaac was very helpful. One of the best plumbers and plumbing services I've worked with in the bay area. Had an emergency clogged drain that needed repair and was very happy with the service. Also he was very knowledgeable answering my questions about burst pipes and sewer backups. Very honest, highly recommend!

Daniel was great!! He installed our Moen Flo for Farmers insurance. It was a fairly complicated job (old pipes) and he was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely ask for him next time!

We had a clogged drain pipe and contacted SplashFix Plumbing for assistance. Arturo came Wednesday afternoon to evaluate the situation. As agreed, he returned Thursday morning, cleared the pipe and resolved the issue. Customer service was exceptional from my first contact with the company. Technician arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient. Needed to switch snakes due to an issue with the coil. Brough down larger equipment to finish the job. Left area wiped clean and free of any evidence of the work done.

Daniel Came out to do an installation of a Moen flow safety valve that my insurance is requiring. He did a fantastic job and was able to work around the existing plumbing expertly.

My experience with SplashFix was very good. I was able to get an appointment right away. Cristian gave me quotes up front so I could decide on the scope of work, and even tackle the problem incrementally should he discover other issues. He was courteous, quick and went above and beyond to unclog my kitchen sink. My only negative: no one showed for my first appointment, and didnt notify me. The prices are not inexpensive, but competitive with similar outfits. Other than that, I was very satisfied with their service.

Thanks again to Arturo who went above and beyond today! Really appreciate the prompt and excellent service. I was referred to SplashFix by my insurance company, which made me install a water leak detector as part of my coverage. They gave me a window of 9 am - 1 pm arrival. Arturo texted me 15 mins before and got here right at 9:30. He's the only service person I had all week who actually made it within their promised window. From there, he found the water main, did the entire device install, and helped me sync it to my phone. He also answered all the questions I had in the meantime (plus plenty more I had out of curiosity). The entire install was finished before I realized. I'm holding onto the SplashFix card in case I ever need a plumber again in the future. Wonderful experience that I would recommend to everybody.

Christian Torres installed a Moen Arlo Smart Water Monitor/Shutoff. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient! After installing the unit he showed me not only how the unit works but how to use the Moen app on my cellphone! Christian has Outstanding communication skills! I will definitely be reaching back out to SplashFix for plumbing needs!

We had a nightmare with our toilet last night backed up you name it. Called splash fix plumbing at 11 oclock at night. Got an appointment for the next morning. Isaac and Cristian were absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service at a very reasonable pricefar better than the other quotes I received. My project involved removing old galvanized piping from the main line, patching some concrete, installing brand-new piping, adding a whole-house water filter with a bypass, and setting up a Moen automatic shutoff at the main inlet. Despite the complexity, they managed to schedule the job quickly and completed everything in just one daywith only one technician! I was truly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of workmanship. Everything was cleanly installed and works perfectly. Ill definitely be using SplashFix Plumbing again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Had a great experience with SplashFix Plumbing! Isaac was the plumber who came out, and he was fantasticvery knowledgeable, professional, and had a great demeanor. I had accidentally ordered the wrong equipment, but luckily he had the right part with him and was able to get everything done that same day. He really took his time to make sure everything was done properly, and even came back to tidy up the electrical wires so it looked clean and neat. He worked efficiently but didnt rush, and clearly cared about doing a quality job. Really impressed and would definitely recommend SplashFix (and Isaac!) to anyone.

Great and fast professional service

Arturo installed a water shutoff device required by my insurance company. He was very pleasant to deal with and was quick and efficient with the installation. He was incredibly helpful and patient in installing the app that I need to monitor and control the device. I was reluctant to have the device installed figuring that it was one more complication in my life that I didnt need. By the time he left, I was totally comfortable and at ease that I knew how to use the app and its not a hassle at all. So big thanks to Arturo, I definitely recommend him.

Quick service performed to install a check flow valve went super smoothly. On time (link provided made arrival time very clear), clear communication on the scope of work and device function, and an easy clean install through and through. I had questions about "annual maintenance" on a high-efficiency combi-hot-water-heater (Passive solar hot water system preheating water coming in to the gas HWH). Christian was knowledgeable, very patient and helpful. After careful evaluation it turned out that no mainentance work was actually critical for now, and there was no charge for the lengthy consultation! I am very impressed with SplashFix.

We had a water monitor and shutoff installed as a requirement of our home insurance. The meter installation was paid for as part of the purchase of the Moen water monitor in conjunction with Farmers insurance. Christian with SplashFix was excellent! He identified problems and clearly explained what needed to be changed for a successful installation. The estimate for the changes was perfectly reasonable. Christian was well prepared and worked through the modifications and installation quickly. Six stars!
