I had another company look at a blockage in the garage drain. They wanted $2,900 to cut the cement and replace the pipe.
Issac accessed everything and said the garage sink could be used for the washing machine drain. The other drain was not necessary and he capped it. I only paid $300.
I told him what the other company said when he got there. He could have agreed and under bid them, and I never would have known.
I like his honesty and work ethic. He will be my first call on any plumbing issues.

I wrote a review prior to looking at the labor charges Issac was in my home for 1 hour 40 minutes part of my Review was accurate but the labor cost was way above what I thought it should have been half of what I was charged the only parts that he supplied was 2 small shut off valves I supplied the faucet and hoses which cost me $134.00
The labor charges was $800.00 plus and that was for 1 hour 40 minutes so I feel I was overcharged by at least $400.00 I will never recommend this company James & James Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

I needed some Plumbing work done at my home in Burlingame James&James Plumbing Co. was recommended to me by a friend Isaac came to my home before the scheduled time and did a fantastic job on my Plumbing needs he was neat and tidy and very positive and left the job clean and looking like new. This company did an outstanding job meeting all of our family’s plumbing needs. It was so easy to communicate with Isaac and Cody about what our issues were and what we wanted done. Cody showed up on time every time, continually sent me texts with updates on his progress throughout the day, did an outstanding job and even fixed a few small leaks he found that i didn’t even know about. He also gave me suggestions on repairs that will need to be done in the future. I highly recommend these guys and will be happy to hire them again.
