That’s where our professional plumbing leak detection comes in. By finding leaks early, you can prevent the following issues:
Water damage to your home’s structure
Mold and mildew growth
Increased water bills
Foundation issues
With our expert leak detection services, you can protect your home from these costly problems and maintain the integrity of your plumbing system.
Signs You May Have a Leak
It’s not always easy to tell when you have a plumbing leak. However, there are some common signs to watch for:
Higher Water Bills: An unexplained spike in your water bill is often a sign of an undetected leak. If your water usage hasn’t increased but your bills have, it’s time to consider leak detection.
Damp Spots or Mold Growth: Wet spots on walls, floors, or ceilings, as well as the presence of mold or mildew, are clear indicators of a hidden leak. These leaks can cause structural damage if left untreated.
Low Water Pressure: If you notice a sudden drop in water pressure, especially in specific areas of your home, it could be a sign that a pipe is leaking.
Our Plumbing Leak Detection Process
SplashFix Plumbing uses the latest technology, including video camera inspections and specialized listening devices, to accurately locate leaks without causing unnecessary damage to your home. Once the leak is identified, we’ll provide you with the best repair solutions to prevent further issues.
