I wrote a review prior to looking at the labor charges Issac was in my home for 1 hour 40 minutes part of my Review was accurate but the labor cost was way above what I thought it should have been half of what I was charged the only parts that he supplied was 2 small shut off valves I supplied the faucet and hoses which cost me $134.00
The labor charges was $800.00 plus and that was for 1 hour 40 minutes so I feel I was overcharged by at least $400.00 I will never recommend this company James & James Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

I have been around for a long time and been in business for my self. I needed some Plumbing work done at my home in Burlingame James&James Plumbing Co. was recommended to me by a friend Isaac came to my home before the scheduled time and did a fantastic job on my Plumbing needs he was neat and tidy and very positive and left the job clean and looking like new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and also the price was wright. Thank you for a great job.
