I had questions about "annual maintenance" on a high-efficiency combi hot water heater (passive solar hot water system preheating water coming in to the gas HWH). Isaac and Cristian are absolutely the best plumbers in San Francisco. They have done a number of jobs for me over the past year; all of them with a level of communication, trustworthiness, and quality that leaves others in the dust.
One repair, a hybrid water heater replacement for an old unit that had broken and flooded my basement, ended up being way more complicated than either Isaac or I had anticipated. The new water heater absolutely would not operate correctly despite Isaac coming back again and again trying to get it to work. We ended up having to swap the new unit for a different make/model that completely resolved the issues. All of this done by Isaac at no additional cost to me. I so much appreciated his commitment to "get it right" no matter what it took.
I cannot recommend anybody more highly than SplashFix.

Communication was fast, clear, and consistent throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep me updated, showed me the progress of the work, and answered all of my questions along the way.
I needed a galvanized pipe replaced from the water meter to my house, which required digging a trench in the front yard. The team arrived the day before to prep and dig out the area, then came right on time the next day to complete the replacement from galvanized pipe to copper pipe. The work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally, and everything was left clean once completed.
They also installed a Moen water leak detection system, and it’s been great being able to monitor the property’s water usage and have that extra peace of mind.
