Had to order a Moen shut-off valve leak detection due to insurance purposes, and Arturo showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I would use the SplashFix people again. I had another plumber give me an estimate for installation of the shut-off valve, and they were disreputable. Front door pro SplashFix, and all you folks and Arturo are great. Price was a package deal from Moen and my insurance company.

Thanks again to Arturo who went above and beyond today! Really appreciate the prompt and excellent service. I was referred to SplashFix by my insurance company, which made me install a water leak detector as part of my coverage. They gave me a window of 9 a.m.–1 p.m. arrival. Arturo texted me 15 minutes before and got here right at 9:30. He's the only service person I had all week who actually made it within their promised window. From there, he found the water main, did the entire device install, and helped me sync it to my phone. He also answered all the questions I had in the meantime (plus plenty more I had out of curiosity). The entire install was finished before I realized. I'm holding onto the SplashFix card in case I ever need a plumber again in the future. Wonderful experience that I would recommend to everybody.

I ran into a water pipe situation on a Sunday and needed an urgent fix or I wouldn't have running water at my house. I called around with a few places on Google Maps and they were either booked for the day or didn't answer. I had ended up contacting SplashFix and during the middle of the call, the line disconnected. I was in a panic as I didn't know what to do. Luckily, Isaac from SplashFix returned my call and I was able to explain my situation and how urgent it was and he advised me he would be able to stop by within the hour. When he showed up, he listened and I was able to explain the situation. He was clear on what was going on, how it would be addressed and fixed, and what the cost would be (the cost was more than reasonable btw given the quality of work and also the friendly service). Long story short, he fixed the issue and made what would have been a messed up week into a start of a great one. Thanks Isaac and fam and SplashFix/team for your awesome, friendly service.
