I ran into a water pipe situation on a Sunday and needed an urgent fix or I wouldn't have running water at my house. I called around with a few places on Google Maps and they were either booked for the day or didn't answer.
I had ended up contacting SplashFix and during the middle of the call, the line disconnected. I was in a panic as I didn't know what to do.
Luckily, Isaac from SplashFix returned my call and I was able to explain my situation and how urgent it was and he advised me he would be able to stop by within the hour.
When he showed up, he listened and I was able to explain the situation. He was clear on what was going on, how it would be addressed and fixed, and what the cost would be (the cost was more than reasonable btw given the quality of work and also the friendly service).
Long story short, he fixed the issue and made what would have been a messed up week into a start of a great one.
